Home > Target Therapies Project > Project Oversight
Lead: Matt Franklin (University of Sheffield)
Matt, with administrative support from Lauren and Emma at the University of Sheffield, is responsible for day-to-day project management and organising our management groups. We have three management groups that are providing independent oversight to our project.
Our SSC includes 12 representatives with relevant expertise and experience. This includes ten SSC members covering academics, methodologists, clinicians and commissioners as detailed below, along with two members from our Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP). The LEAP members rotate per SSC meeting to allow a diverse range of input from the panel.
Our SSC is responsible for monitoring project progress against pre-agreed project plans, critically assessing the project’s progress and results, and modifying/authorising changes.
